How to Apply?

2 Year Old Program
 
To all families with children turning 2 years old
 
Childcare is available to families who qualify based on income and needs. Our program is free or low cost and offer year-round care for up to 10 hours a day.
 
To apply for 2 year old program, parents must contact the childcare center to submit the application.​

Documents Required for Eligibility

​

  • Child's Birth Certificate & Birth Certificates of all siblings under 17 year of age.

  • Parent's New York State ID

  • Proof of Residence

  • Proof of Income:

    • Twelve (12) consecutive ​pay stubs if paid weekly, OR

    • Six (6) consecutive pay stubs if paid bi-weekly, OR

    • Employment form filled out by employer if paid cash

    • Proof of Vocational training, OR

    • Proof of registration with the New York State Employment Services.

  • Child care application ​

    • Application will be filled and submitted by the center
